Pertamina – Hess Jambi Merang is Joint Operating Body between Pertamina and Hess with block area in Jambi,South Sumatera .

We are immediately seeking for a qualified candidate
with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill the position of:

TRAINING & RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

General qualifications:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management
* Minimum 5 years experience in similar position and having
professional background in Oil Services industry is highly preferred
* Communicative in speaks & written English is a must
* Good communication skills & good interpersonal skills
