Assistant Manager HR    

Job Descriptions:

*      Assist, plan and execute tasks assigned by the Human Resources  Manager.
*      Assist with staff recruitment process - publication of job vacancies, scheduling and coordinating interviews, creating contracts of employment, orientations programs for new recruits., etc.,
*      Handle Payroll – maintain attendance and overtime records, maintaining leave records
*      Coordinate Rewards program, Training Courses, etc.,
*      Coordinate Performance Appraisals
*      Carryout any other tasks / duties assigned by the HR manager
