peoples to fill in senior staff position with following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Sales Director ( SD - JTV )
Qualifications
- Having Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Director with leadership
experience preferably with remote management
- Having Minimum Bachelors’ degree from any discipline, Master degree is
preferable
- Having Experience with online companies - preferable media related or
Insurance
- Female/Male, Ages between 35 - 45 years old
- Having Excellent people management and communications skills
- Exhibits commercial acumen, credibility and able to build an
effective relationship
- Well understanding of the media/market research industry
- Very Good written and speaking communication and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Self motivated, energetic, creative
- Never been employed by National Television Company
Job Description
- Manage and develop the sales and marketing strategy for JAK-TV and
Plant accounts in Jabodetabek
- Work closely with Vertical Sales Management and able to coordinate
targeted sales activities and revenue growth
- Command an in-depth understanding of the media and market research
industry, practices and applications, and overall market trends
- Plan and assign business territories and market segments for maximum
revenue generation
- Forecast revenues for relevant markets and solutions
- Motivate sales personnel
- Evaluate performance, measure and control quota carrier achievements
- Organize career development strategies to grow employees
