PT. ASURANSI ALLIANZ LIFE INDONESIA, one of the largest global providers of insurance, banking and asset management services and operates in more than 70 countries all over the world. In Indonesia, Allianz operates over 80 sales offices and outlets located in 44 cities from Banda Aceh to Jayapura.
To support our business partner we are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and professional individuals, to fill the following position:
Credit Life Assistant Manager
Job Summary :
* To lead and drive profitability of insurance business through sales of Credit Life products, by both marketing and operational activities,
* To increase customer loyalty, generating revenue and reducing attrition,
* To manage relationship, marketing strategy and campaign schedule with existing business partners and also build new relationship with new business partners,
* Organize & Manage the day-to-day activities at business partners location,
* Supervise sales management at business partners location
* Manage and process reporting and reporting requests,
* Manage and process expenses and expenses requests,
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
* At least 2 years sales experience in life insurance/banking,
* Knowledge of corporate sales activities of insurance/banking product,
* Duties would require professional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* A D3 or university graduate,
* Good knowledge of spoken English (written would also be preferred),
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of computer,
* The ability to be discrete and confidential when handling information.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements :
* Self starter and able to work independently,
* Proactive approach to work,
* Team player,
* Good, general knowledge of administrations.
