Qualifications:
* Male/Female
* Education: Min. of S1 in Psychology / Law / Human Resources Management.
* Experience: 2 years in HR or same field
* Strong in recruitment, personnel administration, training, development & performance management.
* Capable of financial budgetary & analysis management.
* Have a broad knowledge of psychology & Labor Law.
* Active in Bahasa Indonesia & English both written & oral.
* Computer literate *MS office, e-mail & internet*
* Excellent leadership essence, values teamwork & subordinate performance.
