Senior Engineer
Major Responsibilities
* Able to perform DOE using Design expect or Jmp Sofware for data interpretation
* Good analytical skill an able to present data in a systematic and logical manner
* Good maintenance skill on equipment is advantage
Requirements
* Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical engineering
* Minimum 3 years working Experience in semiconductor especially in Wafer Saw & Die Attach / chemical
* Able to lead a group of technician to meet company goal
* Able to work under pressure and meet project timeline
* Good leadership and inter personnel skill
* Hard working and responsible
* Based in Batam
* Microsoft Office, Auto-cad and design of experiment (DOE) skill, Fluent in English
* Bachelor in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering
