SITE ACQUISITION OFFICER
(FOR NORTH SUMATERA AREA)

Job responsibilities:
- Site hunting
- Price negotiation
- Making Berita Acara Kesepakatan with the Land / properties owner
- Handling legal aspect related to site acquisition
- Socialization to people who living inside the tower radius, also to
local government related to BTS Construction
- Handling permits from government related to construction and
operationally of BTS (consist of IMB, HO, Izin Prinsip, RKT, etc)
Skills related to job:
- Negotiation skill
- Communication skill

Job Requirements:
- Male, due to the job related to outdoor activities
- Fresh Graduate of Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering
(Geodetic Engineer will be
- Self-motivated, teamwork oriented, able to work under tight
schedules.
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to fluently converse in English with good reading and
writing skills.
- Solid public personal and ability to confidently represent the
company.
- Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to be contracted for some terms, depend on the term of
projects.
Note: Interview can be conducted in Jakarta or Medan.
