GENERAL AFFAIR

Responsibilities:
* Provide any company’s needed (do budgeting, comparing and purchasing).
* Controlling payment to suppliers.
* Assist in handling day to day office’s operation and logistic.
* Set up and maintain filing systems.
* Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

Requirements:
* Two to four (2-4) years experience.
* Computer literate is a must.
* Fluent in English.
* Good operational function.
* Strong leadership profile and innovative attitude.
* Self starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
* Result oriented, driven and resourceful.
* Independent, creative with high analytical skills and service skills essential.
* Work well under pressure.
* A university degree is preferable.
* Highly organized individual with ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritize workload regularly.
