Our Client, a multinational beverages company located in Sukabumi & Pasuruan, is seeking people to fill in managerial positions with following experiences and skills :
General Requirement
– Having a bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university
- Having minimal 7 years relevant working experience with minimal 3 years in managerial level
- Familiar with an ERP system, factory environment and safety management
– Having working experience in consumer goods industry, preferable from beverage industry
- Having good knowledge of GMP,HACCP, ISO and SMK3
- Hard worker, problem solver and a teamwork player
- Willing to place at our plant at Cicurug Sukabumi, Jawa Barat or Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.

Production Manager (PrM – AIO)
– Managing all production matters to ensure all Production Department KPI’s are accomplished
- Operating and optimizing all resources, such as: machine, raw material and man power to translate all production planning into finished good in timely and most efficient manner
- Managing Production Department’s capital expenditure and operational expenditure
- Conducting machine and other factory maintenance
- Promote continues improvement in term of quality, service, cost and safety

QC Manager (QCM – AIO)
– Managing all quality matters to ensure all quality of finished good produced meet with standard quality.
- Managing all test method to ensure all and raw material for production are fulfill standard quality
- Managing Production Department’s capital expenditure and operational expenditure
- Liaising with Purchasing Dept Head and Production Manager to ensure high quality of raw material and finished good
- Promote continues improvement in term of quality, service, cost and safety
